Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and may change without prior notice.
Payments must be completed before production begins. We accept payments through secure third-party processors.
We do not store your payment details.

Printing & Production

Printstock is not responsible for errors in files provided by customers (e.g., spelling mistakes, low-resolution images, incorrect layouts).
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving proofs before final printing.
Turnaround times may vary based on order size, complexity, and shipping.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver orders within the specified timeframe; however, delays may occur due to carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping provider.
Shipping costs, unless stated otherwise, are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of printing, all sales are generally final.
Refunds or reprints may be offered only in cases of defective printing or errors directly caused by Printstock.
Claims must be submitted within 7 business days of receiving your order, along with proof (e.g., photos of the defect).

Intellectual Property

All content on this website (logos, designs, text, images) is the property of Printstock unless otherwise stated.
You retain ownership of the content you provide but grant Printstock the right to use it for fulfilling your order.
Unauthorized reproduction or misuse of our content is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Printstock is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order in question.
